MukhymantriYuvaSwavalambanYojana (MYSY Scholarship) scholarship scheme is offered to the students of economically weaker section of Gujarat. Students who desire to admit under higher education programs like Engineering, Pharmacy,Medical,etc. can apply for MYSY scholarship every year. The motto of MYSY Scholarship Scheme is to help out those students who are not in a position to afford their education fees due to low income of family members.

Eligibility Criteria for MYSY Scholarship:

  • Candidate should be a domicile of Gujarat State
  • The candidate should be enrolled in the first year of the diploma/ degree program.
  • The annual family income of the applicant should be less than INR 6,00,000including all sources of income.
  • The applicants who are pursuing a DiplomaLevel/Graduation levelprogram should have obtainedminimum 80% marks at Class 10, Class 12 level. Students pursuing Diploma to Degree (D2D) programs should have obtained at least 65% marks at Diploma level.

Gujarat CM Scholarship Scheme is imparted by Education Department of Gujarat State Government. Pre-matric and Post-matric scholarships are embraced in this scholarship scheme. To carry on with their higher studies, candidates who belong to state economically backward class will be eligible for this scholarship. Students who are from Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Backward Classes and other Minority categories will receive the CM scholarship from Government of Gujarat by submitting all the required details with needed documents in the CMS Portal of Gujarat state.

Eligibility Criteria for CMSS Scholarship:

  • Candidate must be a permanent resident of Gujarat
  • Candidates should have secured minimum 60% marks in 10th and 12th
  • Applicant should belong to SC/ST/EBC category.
  • A student should have enrolled in UG or PG courses in Gujarat
  • Students pursuing research should have secured a minimum 55% average marks in their academics.
  • The annual family income of any student should be not more than Rs. 1 Lakh per annum.

Required Documents for Chief Minister Scholarship Scheme:

  • Aadhar Card of the applicant.
  • Candidate's previous class mark sheet.
  • Income Certificate of the candidate's family.
  • Caste Certificate of the student.
  • Residence certificate of the candidate.
  • Student's Bank Account Details.
  • School/College Admission certificate of the students.
