12th CONVOCATION - RAI UNIVERSITY

(For Passed out Batch 2025)

🎓 12th ANNUAL CONVOCATION IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS 🎓

  1. Registration for 12th Convocation is open. All students are hereby instructed to follow the steps and register themselves accordingly.
  2. The application portal will be open from 1st December 2025 to 1st January 2026. No application will be accepted after the due date.
  3. Only TWO GUESTS (Parents / Blood Relatives) are permitted to attend the convocation.
  4. Dress code will be applicable during Convocation:
    • Boys: White Kurta with Black Salwar
    • Girls: White Kurti with Black Salwar
  5. All the students will be given a University Stole by depositing a refundable security amount of Rs. 200. The amount will be returned upon returning the stole.
  6. Parents/Guests are advised to be in formal attire and seated only in the designated area.
  7. Children below the age of 10 are not allowed at the Convocation Venue.
CONVOCATION REGISTRATION PROCESS
Step Convocation Registration Process
Step 1 Visit the link: https://raiuniversity.edu.in and sign using your ID and password.
Step 2 Go to Convocation Tab and click on “Convocation Registration”.
Step 3 Fill the convocation registration form and make the required payment.
Step 4 Submit details of your current job / Higher Education / Govt Exam preparation.
Step 5 Registration confirmation by Convocation Cell. Verified details will be sent to your registered email.
